Each piece is made to order in our studio, allowing us to work with intention and minimise excess.
Production begins once your order is placed. Please allow 14–21 business days for your garment to be completed before dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
United Kingdom — 5–7 business days
International — 10–12 business days
You will receive confirmation once your order is on its way.
Because each item is individually produced, timelines may occasionally shift. If so, we will keep you informed.
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
We produce in limited quantities, and each piece is made specifically for the individual who orders it.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If something is not as it should be — whether a fault or an error on our part — please contact us within 6–12 days of receiving your order, including your order number and images where possible. We will resolve it with care.
We recommend reviewing sizing carefully before placing an order. As each garment is made to order, we are unable to offer returns based on fit.
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase. After this point, work may have already begun.
